ELV Associates, Inc., a privately held real estate investment and management company, has promoted Fred Beddard to the position of President, effective immediately. Mr. Beddard will maintain his prior role as Chief Investment Officer while broadening his oversight of the company and its investment business.

Mr. Beddard joined ELV in 2017 and has helped build the investment and asset management platforms over the past seven years. Under his leadership, the company has excelled through several new opportunistic strategies, expanded into new regions and developed new partnerships, navigated the pandemic and nearly tripled assets under management during his tenure.
