As President of ELV Associates, Inc., Mr. Jenkins is responsible for the direction of the Company and is actively engaged in the development, acquisition, leasing and management, and disposition of the Company's commercial real estate portfolio. With the Company since its formation in 1990, Mr. Jenkins has been responsible for transactions in excess of $1 billion since becoming President in 1996. Having established ELV offices and property portfolios across the Company's three U.S. regions – New England, the Mid-Atlantic, and the Southeast – Mr. Jenkins has presided over the expansion of the Company's capital base to include twelve coinvesting U.K. and European families while achieving a 20% annualized return on equity in connection with properties sold to date.

Prior to joining ELV, Mr. Jenkins was a project manager with Windsor Development Company, a private real estate development firm active in the Washington D.C. area. Mr. Jenkins holds a Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Bucknell University.

Mr. Smith joined ELV Associates, Inc. in 2004 as Chief Financial Officer. He is responsible for finance and accounting, lender relations, human resources, performance analysis, risk management, treasury and cash management, and supports acquisition underwriting and due diligence. David has over 35 years of professional experience.

Prior to joining ELV, David was the CFO for a real estate investment firm specializing in multi-family investments, and previously was a partner at Boston Financial Group where he held positions in corporate finance and property management and led the firm's senior living asset management group. After spending five years at Deloitte and Touche, Mr. Smith joined his client, Prudential Real Estate Investors, in Boston before transferring to their headquarters and assuming leadership positions in their development and institutional investment groups.

Mr. Smith holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Northeastern University.

As Managing Director for the Southeast region, Mr. Kiefer advises on capital and space markets, investment objectives and equity deployment strategies, and is responsible for identifying, initiating, structuring, underwriting and managing real estate equity investments in the region. Since joining ELV Associates in 1996, Mr. Kiefer has been instrumental in executing over $1.1 billion of land, office, retail, multifamily and mixed-use investment transactions on behalf of ELV investors.

Prior to joining ELV Associates, Mr. Kiefer served as Senior Vice President at The Griffin Company, an Atlanta commercial development company, overseeing a 2 million square foot portfolio of office properties. Mr. Kiefer holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Management from the Georgia Institute of Technology, is a member of the Urban Land institute and holds the CCIM designation.

Mr. Beddard is Managing Director for the Mid-Atlantic region and oversees ELV's local office. His responsibilities include originating and managing equity investments, including the sourcing, underwriting, structuring, financing, closing and disposition of real estate investments. Most recently with Perseus Realty, Mr. Beddard has been directly involved in the acquisition, financing, and disposition of over $1 billion in real estate during his career.

Mr. Beddard received his B.S in Business and Management from Skidmore College and holds a Masters in Real Estate Finance from Georgetown University. He is a member of the DC Building Industry Association, the Urban Land Institute, and is on the board of directors of the Agawam Council, a non-profit corporation which governs Camp Agawam.

Ms. McLaughlin is the Asset Manager for the Washington DC and Boston, Massachusetts portfolios. She oversees management, leasing and construction activities and regularly participates in acquisition underwriting and due diligence and disposition coordination.

Ms. McLaughlin joined ELV Associates, Inc. in 1990 as Property Manager, responsible for financial, physical and tenant management of the office portfolio. Prior to joining ELV, she was employed by Windsor Development Company where she assisted in the development of approximately 400,000 square feet office and industrial properties and coordinated and directed an efficient tenant relations program.
