10 West Edge

In October 2016, ELV entered into a partnership to acquire and develop a fully entitled 2.67-acre land parcel, the second of three planned development phases within the urban, mixed-use West Edge Innovation District in Charleston, South Carolina. Construction commenced immediately with mobilization, site work, utility relocation and test pile installation. Plans call for 350 rental apartments, a 52,600-square foot Publix grocery store and 14,000 square feet of ground‐floor retail and restaurant space surrounding an 875-space parking garage which will be shared with an anticipated phase three Class A office tower to be constructed on the adjacent site. Units will be delivered for occupancy beginning in August 2018.
