10 West Edge

In October 2016, ELV entered into a partnership to acquire and develop a fully entitled 2.67-acre land parcel, the second of three planned development phases within the urban, mixed-use West Edge Innovation District in Charleston, South Carolina. Construction is now mostly completed on 350 rental apartments, a 52,600-square foot Publix grocery store and 14,000 square feet of ground‐floor retail and restaurant space surrounding an 875-space parking garage which will be shared with a phase three Class A office tower under construction on the adjacent site. Publix has opened for business, the remaining retail leasing and build out is progressing and apartment leasing has commenced with the first units now occupied.
